Abby…No surprise that you’re graduating “Magna”…after all, you could “munch any paint” when you were only 2 or 3! So as proud as I am of your academic prowess, it’s your joyful countenance that makes me so happy. Whether it’s the “Three Bears Rap”, your joyful emergence from the baptismal waters or the joy on your face as you danced in the NYC streets after we saw the Rockettes, it reflects your inner light and blesses those around you. When we first met you, I remember a young lady who was trying to adjust to city living. Determined to make your mark and reach your goals, you began to carve your footprints in what you did. Fast forward three plus years, and in front of me, I see a confident young woman who is taking her life and making it into the best story possible.
