Notes for Harrison

Harrison! It has been a pleasure seeing you grow into the man you are today from your freshman year (my senior year) until now. I will miss your impersonations + humor (often showcased at the Student Services desk), third-wheeling your Face-time chats with Ann Marie, and seeing you nail your theater performances. Here’s to post-grad life! May God surprise you in the best way during this new season–wishing you all the best!

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Matthew 6:33)

Keep writing! You’ve got skills. And I was glad to have you in PWS class during your time at King’s.

Harrison,
My fellow brother of Clive, it has been great seeing you serve our community so well. Only good things ahead!

Chappy I’ve got so many good memories with you during my time here. Thanks for always having my back when I needed it. You’re always ready to provide a word of encouragement, challenge an unwise idea, or whip out the most niche pop or meme culture reference at the drop of a hat. You’ve been a phenomenal roommate for all four years and it’s going to be a very weird day when I no longer have you to remind me to keep my closet clean.

Harrison! I am so glad I came across your application all those years ago now. I feel privileged to have had the chance to watch you grow the past few years. I hope senior year was wonderful. Don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything I can help with. You’re going to do great things!

Best roomie ever! Agree with everything Brent just and I’m proud of ya bro. You’ve been great a great influence in my life over the last two years, thanks for everything.

Harrison!, thank you for all the laughs, interregnum twitter moments, and genuine friendship that made class way more fun. You are a gift and I wish you well with all that comes next. Congrats, we survived!!!

THE MEME KING! It is such an honor to know you, thank you for putting me on Marc Ribblet and always sharing a laugh

Harrison! Congratulations, King! You were such a presence of goodness at King’s. Always being supportive and kind. I pray that you continue to have opportunities to share how awesome you are with others!

Congrats, Harrison! Thank you for being such an encouraging and kind presence on campus. I can’t wait to see what post-grade life will bring you, and remember that you can always consider yourself an actor, even if you’re not always actively performing (a lesson I’ve had to remind myself of this year). Wishing you the best!

Congratulations, I am so happy for you.

May the LORD bless you and keep you; The LORD make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.

Harrison,

You are such an integral part of the House of Lewis—you will be missed. Thank you for the ways you’ve served. We truly would not be here without you.

Harrison, Who could have guessed the most frazzled Lewis freshmen doing laundry in an apartment at 2am would have ended up being your roommate… and continuing to do laundry at the last minute at 2am. You’ve been such a joyful presence not just in my life but in Lewis, the Stu Serve team, the musical theater gang, and King’s more broadly. You bring life and laughter to any situation you’re in. I’m thankful for your wisdom (beyond your short years) and quiet strength. You’re a powerful force to relationships, hospitality, and kindness wherever you are. While the House’s composition performances will suffer without your plethora of artistic abilities, it will miss most the steady presence of excellence and Christ-likeness you’ve brought. I can’t imagine Lewis without you as helmsmen my freshman year. Thank you for serving day in and day out, above and beyond what was required of you. And excited to see what the future holds for you and continue to do live alongside you. Love you.

Harrison, I am truly thankful God brought you to King’s. I appreciate all the ways you’ve served the King’s community and encouraged fellow students to take service more seriously. I will miss seeing you around campus!
