Notes for Olivia

It was SO fun working with you in Development — I always appreciated your cheerful spirit and your ability to keep things organized. We’ll miss you!

Lady Olivia! I am so excited for you and SO proud of you! You have accomplished incredible things these last few years and I can’t wait to see what you do next!!

Olivia, it was great to have you in so many literature classes during your time at King’s. Congratulations on all your achievements, and best of luck in the future!

Olivia, it was such joy having you as a student and an FA. You’re a consummate professional! And just to show my appreciation, I’m willing to say for the last time ever “Roll Tide.” Congratulations!

Olivia, you are a queen amongst peasants. May you remember how beloved you are and the bright future ahead of you. Thank you for your continued service in Development and for the alumni of the college. Congratulations!

Olivia you’ve been such a phenomenal friend the whole time we’ve been here, but especially this last year or so. Your optimism and sincere “glass half full” mentality are a credit to every group you find yourself in. We’ve been chamberlain buddies, gone to Europe, helped put on (and clean up after) RGAs, and spent several hundred hours in statesmanship forums. I’m glad I got you into BeReal so I can stay up to date on what you do after King’s!

MY BIG! I am so thankful for you and I cannot express to you enough the number of times I felt like I didn’t belong at King’s or in the city and just the thought of you made me feel 1000 percent better. You are such a light everywhere you go and I can’t wait to flex to everyone forever and ever that you are my Big.

Thank you for being so intentional with your relationships and always pushing everyone in the direction closer to God. You are a genius and a sweetheart and all of the good things in the world. I love you more than words can express!

Olivia,

It has been such an honor to get to know you and work alongside you the past 2 years. You have been the sunshine and the warmth in the Development Department, keeping things together and always brightening and lifting our spirits with your “can do” work ethic and encouraging personality.

I have enjoyed our time together immensely, and appreciate everything you’ve done. You are so bright and talented, I know you will be and do great things in the future. You already make us proud.

Congratulations on graduating! I am so happy to be a witness to this small but oh so significant step that you are taking towards the woman God intended you to be.

Your friend and your fan,

Tonnie

Olivia Staggs, writing this makes me want to cry. You are such an incredible soul and I am so so (so) happy that you were my president. Every time you say my full name I low-key panic, but I wish you endless happiness in post-graduation life nevertheless! Congratulations!!!

What a great president of Thatcher you were! From an outsider’s perspective you made the whole House feel like a home. All the best to you and congratulations!

Livie, I’m so proud of all you’ve accomplished and the beautiful young lady you have become! We love you so much and can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!

Congratulations Olivia! Thanks for helping me pass Brand’s England class. Hopefully I won’t need to donate $5 to the King’s College just to stay in touch.

Olivia, it’s been a privilege to be a fly on the wall of your beautiful life. You are the total package. Thank you for your excellence as a Student Worker in Development. Your work ethic and professionalism are superseded only by your heart for God’s people and your joy-filled attitude – every day. Thank you also for modeling christ-centered, grace-filled leadership in the House of Thatcher, and all of your organizational commitments. So impressive and so encouraging to watch you grow and serve. It’s as if every day you must have awakened and asked, “how can I make someone’s day better today?” I pray you will continue to seek God’s best, and I can’t wait to see how these next chapters of your life unfold. Remember, I am on your prayer team!

Owivia…I will keep this brief: congrats…oh and I’m pretty sure it’s your turn to empty the dishwasher. LOVE YOUUUUU X
