Notes for Sam

What a blessing it is to celebrate your achievement. You deserve all the accolades you receive. Please know that you have fans rooting for you wherever you may go. I’m certain that I will be reading & hearing about your achievements down the road. I couldn’t be happier.

As you celebrate, take to time to remember the providences that have happened along the journey. Remember the ones who were by your side during the good times and try not to forget the unexpected and unwanted providences – sometimes they are blessings in disguise as they often teach us more about ourselves than you would imagine. I need not say it, but remember the One who made you in His image, He will be with you always. Stay faithful to Him & watch Him rain down His blessings on your life.

Jeremiah 29:11

Sam I’ve already given you more affirmation in the last month than you’ve ever wanted so I’ll spare the long paragraphs here. Suffice to say this I’ve been so blessed to have you on my team this year. You serve, love, and plan so well. Hands down getting to know you better was one of the most unexpected benefits of this role.

Sam, I don’t normally talk to seniors because they change so much, but you’re an exception 🙂

I’ve absolutely loved working alongside you this year and know that you’re going to be amazing at whatever your next job ends up being.

You just know I HAD to drop some love here 💯! Sam you’re such a powerhouse and I feel mad blessed to know you at all! Here’s to hoping you stay in the city so I can make up for all the times I annoyed (could not find a good synonym for annoyed sorry) you this past year. So much love prayer and blessings to you wherever you find yourself in the future.

Hey fellow Michigander! Congrats!! Thankful for our freshman year on the court together. To commemorate, I’m bringing back one of my all-time favorite pictures — just two girls in love with the game. Play on!

Samantha Klozik. Where do I begin. You’re one of the biggest blessings King’s brought me. I’ve never felt more accepted, more loved, more understood by anyone else. You are kind, compassionate, and determined. Thank you for being such a sweet friend to me over the last four years. I cannot wait to take on this next season with you. I LOVE YOU! -Kenny

To my own lady liberty, Sam:

You are gosh-darn living proof that unexpected friendships and roommate-ships are some of the greatest. What a blessing you have been to me this past year in all of the times you have dealt with my crazy (but not my fault… it just happens to me) shenanigans.

You have so much to be proud of and deserve to celebrate ALL DAY LONG. You did all of the things and made your college experience so great- so it is okay to be a little sad too.

I love you so much, friend. May God bless you in all that is to come in this new season of life. <3

Congratulations! What a light, a workhorse, and a force for good you have been at the College. Wow – what great skills you take into the future. But, best of all, you have such beautiful heart, Sam. All the best to you as you move into all that God has for you next!

Sam, your kindness will be missed in so many places around King’s next year. Thankful we got to take C&S II together and looking forward to seeing the way God uses you to love, serve, and lead in whatever comes next.

thanks for deciding at one point that we should be roommates. and for the years of friendship and shenanigans and little women quotes that came out of that. congratulations on making it out alive xo
p.s. you signed the wrong spot on the marriage license
