Notes for Sopheaneat

Sophie! Congratulations on this amazing accomplishment! It’s been such a pleasure working with you. Many blessings to you! Stay in touch!

Congrats on you graduation, Sophie! I’m so proud of you and the four years you’ve had at King’s. You are so faithful to this community. Thanks for your love of the House! You are going to be greatly missed!

Sophie, thank you for all you’ve done for the King’s community. Congrats on graduating!

Soph! My other namesake! What a wonderful gift to have you finish well and now move on to a future full of promise. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the legacy you leave with future students. Congratulations!

Congrats, Sophie!

I miss seeing your face in the hallways and chatting in the marketing office. I wish you the best as you go on to the next chapter of life <3 Excited for you!

Sophie! We did it! 4 years of working in admissions with you has been a ton of fun. You, Monty, and I have been to more 7:30am Inviso meetings and have made more trips to that Post Office on Whitehall (y’all far more than me!) than I can count. Thanks for the memories!

Sophie! Thank you for your hard work in Admissions and persevering even in the craziness of the pandemic and lots of changes. I will miss seeing you around campus and during Invisos! May God surprise you in the best way during this new chapter of life–wishing you all the best!

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Matthew 6:33)

Congrats Sophie! I’m inspired daily by your dedication and your hard work in everything you do. I will miss working with you!

Sophie,

Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication! It was so fun getting to chat with you during Invisos, and an absolute pleasure working with you this year. Congratulations!

Sophie. You are one of the hardest workers at King’s, and so much of that happens behind the scenes. I have seen you pull countless all-nighters because you want nothing more than to give your best to your professors and achieve excellence in your work. I have seen you wake up at sunrise to buy iced coffee for your friends who were stuck in quarantine. I have seen you passionately cheer on your fellow Thatchers, even when you never had an Exec role. And I have seen you pursue Christ more and more as you grew as a person at King’s. As much as King’s has given me a dozen reasons to be thankful I came here, meeting you is the number one. I’d tell you to never change, but I know you’re always striving to be better. Just know that your work has not gone unnoticed, and we are all so thankful for you!

Sophie! Congratulations! Thanks for all of your hard work in admissions over the years. I know only great things are ahead. 🙂 Well done!

SOPHIE!! My big!!! Look at you! Even though I’be only known you a mere 2 years, it has felt like a lifetime. Having you in my life has been one of the greatest joys! This semester, as weird as it has been, I have thoroughly enjoyed watching you from a far blossom into a beautiful lady who is ready to take on the world!!
I am forever grateful and indebted to the US and Cambodia Visa services department! BECAUSE YOU GET TO STAY!! Not only do we have to say goodbye, but we get to live life together more than what either of us expected!
Now, I will go into a corner and cry because I am so proud of all you accomplished at Kings. You have changed the community forever!!
Please go enjoy a final Wall st. Starbucks coffee for me!
Love you Love you Love you!!!!

(don’t be surprised if I show up to your graduation with a giant cut out of your head)

Sophie – thank you for all the ways you’ve loved on our community. Plus, you’ve been a good friend to M&C. 🙂

Congratulations on finishing King’s and all the new beginnings to come!

SOPHIE! What a joy you are. You are truly one of the hardest workers I know and going to go so so far in life! You are so smart and dedicated and kind and FUNNY! I’m so blessed to know you. Cant wait for this next season for you!! LOVE YOU!

Love you Sophie!! So proud of you. I can’t wait to see all that you have in store. And make sure you keep Chris in line!

I love u Soph. So honored to be graduating alongside my bestest friend 💕🥹 xoxo

Congratulations on graduating Neat! I’m so proud of you. I’m so sad I couldn’t be there to cheer you on in person but Kevin and I were cheering on from afar. I miss you so much and I am sure amazing things are in store for you. Keep up the amazing work and your strong work ethic. Love you!

It’s interesting that although Chris knew you a little even before coming to King’s, via instagram, and you both worked with the admissions department freshman and sophomore years, we just got to know you this year because…you won his heart, and we think our son has excellent taste in friends, and you’re number 1! We couldn’t be happier!! We kept seeing these great breakfast photos and photos of Chris doing things on his instagram and now we know why we didn’t see you: you were often the one behind the camera! We love your sense of humor and personality and beautiful looks: what a wonderful girlfriend for our son! We pray all the best for you as you go work at the Bowery Mission and continue to grow in your relationships with God and Chris! Love in Christ, Brent and Tinka Davis
